You have the ability, if you use it, to choose healthy instead of unhealthy thinking, feeling, and acting.

Individual therapy – sessions via telehealth, for adults ages 18+ 

 

First session 60 min | $165

In the first session we will complete an intake to gather history, find out what brings you to therapy, and complete a biopsychosocial.

 

Follow up sessions 60 min | $135

Individual sessions will be 53-55 minutes. These sessions typically start weekly, and can at times step down to every other week depending on the needs of the individual.

 

Currently I am In-Network with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• United Healthcare

• Oscar

• Oxford

• Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield

 

For clients not paying for services through insurance, my fee is $135 per session.  Upon request I will provide my clients with a superbill, which they can send to their insurance providers for reimbursement for out of network services.  Please check with your insurance company to determine the details of this process and your specific out of network benefits.
